My experience at Goldfish has been nothing but Golden! My kids started in March as glider 1s and both of my girls are now in the pro levels. From Zayda, Christopher, Gabriel, Jared, Avery, Elsie, Ellie, Agnes, Christian, Camila, Mel, Dillon and Fernando they have all been extremely patient while working with my kids. My son is still a glider one, but he has finally gained confidence he needed to begin swimming. I️ am so excited to see their progress in the coming months! Shout outs to the entire Goldfish team! Everyone has done such a great job!

exceptional facility, very kind staff. my son started in a mini 2 back in October when they first opened and just recently switched to the independent class. once i talked to his instructor about my interest in switching him over, she answered all my questions and assured they would help every step of the way. he started two weeks ago and was very thrown off not having me in the water with him but when the next lesson came he got more comfortable and was able to enjoy his whole lesson. while this transition was very emotional seeing him enjoy the water by himself i am so grateful for all the help we’ve received. his instructor christopher has been the best, highly recommend.
This location is very clean and the staff members are very friendly & approcable. I've never had an issue. I signed my kids up in April and 2 Months later there at Glider 2 Level. Everyone told me that that was very good and that they were even surprised because there child were still at Glider 1 Level, and they had signed up months ago or even when the school first opened. I give all the praise to there instructor Mr. Christian. He was very nice to my children and gave them high fives a lot. The only thing that i didn't like was that i felt like he was a little to chatty with the life guards and the other staff members. I felt like that was eating up into there swimming time. Now in Glider 2 Level my children have Mr. Patrick and they really like him. He does a good job in praising them, giving them a lot of high fives as well and just overall being nice to them and talking to them. My daughter had a make up class with Mr. Fernando and she really liked him too. Another one that was very encouraging and nice and gave high fives. My overall experience has been great. I also think that it was really nice of the swim school to give back to the members with a little something like carnations for Mother's day or coffee for the father's on Father's Day. They always give out free lollipops for the kids or print outs so that the kids can color when there bored. Unfortunately i had to end my children's membership because i couldn't afford to keep on paying for the classes for both of my kids. But i would definitely recommend this school to any mother/parent looking to sign up their child to swimming lessons.
I've given this swim school a much longer shot and chance than I should have. However, today's experience gave me the extra push that I needed to cancel my daughter's membership (keep reading to understand why). Firstly, she has been attending classes since the school opened up in October 2022 and has been at the same level ever since. A week ago, "deck supervisors" started coming around to parents to inform them that they are now going to take the evaluations more seriously to see what needs to be worked on? Seriously? This needed to have been in place since day 1. Secondly, apart from the fact that instructors are constantly changing, the quality of the instructors leaves much to be desired. From feedback from other parents and from my own experience I should not have stuck around so long but mere convenience made me keep my daughter in the classes. Thirdly, the hassle of scheduling make-up classes causes you to have to call the school or email back and forth to find suitable dates and times. Initially, I was able to do so via the app but for some reason this feature is no longer available and causes great frustration with the back and forth. The school has also recently been pushing a one parent/guardian attend with a child because of overcrowding. I am all for policies but today a deck supervisor came up to my husband and I and wanted to inforce her authority by telling us that one of us had to leave. Mind you there was no one else sitting on the bench nor was the facilty "crowded" (see photos). I am disabled and my husband is usually at work so he rarely gets to come to swimming classes to see our daughter. I felt targeted and the justification for one of us to leave just wasn't there. If it was crowded, then I would have totally understood enforcing this policy but today it just wasn't warranted and finally gave me the push that I needed to cancel my membership. Finally, after speaking with a manager, she did not offer any solutions, consolation or try to change my mind to keep our business. Remember, quantity over quality can never prevail and I am guessing their mentality is that losing one customer isn't a big deal when they are currently gaining so many more. Unless something drastically changes at this school, their clientele will eventually thin out.
Clean, safe and comfortable environment, water is warm. Teachers are very capable and good as far as I've seen in 4 weeks. My daughter is not afraid anymore and she has improved, she is very confident and love her teachers. She is 4y6mo.
