I received a highly dissatisfying response from them, and the quotation they provided seems to be fake or unreliable.

This is very bad brooker, Do not trapped by them. they are teasing the peoples to return the money back after car policy cancellation. I have applied for reversal of insurance money one and half month back but still they are playing left and right. Try to buy the insurance direct from insurance company instead of buying this brooker. The person at the reception is very rude, and he is not giving clear answer. it is requested to the company to change that guy.

Worst Services. There Sales Agent given me quote 400AED for third party i confirmed to issue policy. i ask them to send Payment link but they refuses to sent payment link And ask me to deposit by bank. i deposited to there company Account Rak bank but till 4 days they did not issued policy, every day i called Around 10 time's for follow-up the underwriters Are very rude they do know How to respect customer. on fourth day they ask me to deposit 90 AED again to issue policy, they are promising some thing and delivering something. i ask them to refund my money the motor senior underwriter screamed on me he ask me to register complained in police station to give refund. they are not Afraid Central bank laws. never buy insurance from them

I really appreciate the service they have .....it's wonderful....also have have options of many insurance companies policy......we have multi choice according to our requirements.......thank you

For last 3 months I have been following for my wife Insurance and no proper response and almost 45 days been paid and I am told that Insurance group is not yet finalised I am stuck with this WORST insurance broker company I would never ever recommend this company to anyone not even to my worst enemy even if they give it for free insurance 😤
