Gold Coast

Since I've had no response from anyone at home instead I thought I might possibly get one through this avenue. It was about one of your staff abusing my son on Mable. I figured since she feels comfortable being abusive toward a 20 year old client that uses Mable for obvious reasons, then how does treat the elderly people that she works with? My next avenue will be an ombudsman. Here's a photo of the interaction.

Highly recommend the services of Home Instead Gold Coast. Especially the Care Management Consultant - Jen Irwin. I came across Jen and her team at a very stressful time in trying to manage care for an elderly friend living alone. Jen is a great communicator and went many extra miles ( including taking my calls on weekends and public holidays). She always endeavoured to try and match the carer to my friend’s needs/personality.

My Mum's been with Home Instead for nearly two years now. The service is amazing - from the carers - who are wonderful people who Mum loves - to the people in the office who keep me informed every step of the way of any changes to schedules, or to report in on Mum's wellbeing after the carers have been with her. The customer service is amazing. I'm so glad we chose Home Instead as Mum's care provider. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

My life would be far worse without my Home Instead carers. They bring joy, care and love with them and I feel incredibly lucky to have them. They go out of their way to make my life a lot better than it would be without them.

The staff at Home Instead Gold Coast are wonderful. They are extremely helpful and they are always patient. When I've had concerns I don't hesitate to talk to the staff about them and this is always managed well. Most of my care givers have provided excellent service and enjoy their work.

Being with Homeinstead for 2 years has been the best job of my life not only do I have caring coordinators and staff to help me at any time with anything I also get matched up with the perfect clients, I was recently off for 8 weeks after surgery and one of my regular clients was so overwhelmed I was back we both started crying me heart was full and in that moment I was in the right place with the right company and new I was in the right place, and David Mcurdy is a gem always willing to help out with any enquires and being a great fellow Homeinstead employee I love the company and it’s caring nature and I love my job

I was warmly, genuinely & personally welcomed to the team at Home Instead, Gold Coast & Northern Rivers. As the “new” Learning & Development staff member, ALL the Staff, including the 200+ CAREgivers, are professionally orientated, trained, up-skilled, supported to professionally learn/develop, provided with continual educational opportunities throughout the year. I have found my “Home” at Home Instead and I feel as though I’m literally a member of the Home Instead “family” 😊

Extremely professional staff at Home Instead. Being involved on a professional level , I believe them to be a definite highlight of the providers in the Aged Sector. They consider everyone to become part of their team, no bias at all. They have huge hearts and compassion. Massive Shout out to David McCurdy the Regional Manager for being the most heart centred person we know in the aged sector on the Gold Coast.
