We had Goettl in today to replace a part in the heater that began to make noise while the heater was working. It was discovered during a routine cleaning and determined to fail in the near future. We opted to replace the failing unit ASAP due to the holidays coming up. Our technician Jerry was very helpful and explained everything he was going to do. As he entered our house, he donned booties preventing soiling the carpet. He worked efficiently and documented each step with photos. After completing the job, he tested the heater and made sure the temperature output was correct. He worked cleanly leaving the space as clean as he found it. Jerry was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I will gladly recommend him to anyone needing heater/ac repairs.

Carlos and Jerry did a great job fixing our heater. They were very pleasant and cordial and explained what needs to be repaired and took photos to show me the condition of units that need to be repaired in the near future. No pressure to up sell. The cost of the repair was so reasonable $$ that surprised me considering the time they took to check the entire unit.i highly recommend Gottell/Dutton.

Stamen was very knowledgeable of explaining to me about what was going on with my heating system a long with my air condition unit has well! he let me know about everything that was going on with it and so for that I think the question is would’ I have him come back to do the job when I’m ready absolutely!
