Amazing service from the two men at godfreys! I walked in with no idea on what I wanted or needed they went fully out of their way explained all the benefits did demonstrations and make everything a breeze. They were busy while I was there so while I was getting my paper work sorted they served other customers which were parents who had their kids in store they made it fun and interactive for the kids got them to vacuum sand and fluff blew up balloons for them. This is the kind of customer service you barely ever see these days! I was blown away. You guys are honestly amazing please keep doing what your doing also I LOVE THE VACUUM I can’t believe how much stuff I got out of my carpet!!

Excellent over the phone customer service. For a while, I'm trying to find a mop head that Godfreys are not stocking anymore. Called all over the country. As soon the staff know what I was looking for they would not give any help. Called Rick and he tried his best to help me find the product or where to look for it. Very calm, respectful and professionally helped me. This is the kind of service we were used to in NZ which is sadly disappearing.

Best place in Chch for vacuum solution. Amazing range of products, sales person is very friendly and given right solution based on my needs. Strongly recommend to all!
