Service ! Foremost, each and every person working with me at GOAZ were very polite and very patient. This is my first motorcycle purchase. Don, Natalie, Marty, Jerry and Brendon were super easy going. It was a pleasure for me to spend some time with each of them either on the phone or in person. Each aspect of the purchase was positive. Marty offered varying aspects of helpful, essential information. Thank you !! In tough times, to find the perfect bike, I was lucky and left with what I felt was a deal that was more than fair.

Excellent purchase experience. As a rider for 20 years, I've bought many motorcycles (Yamaha, Triumph, BMW, Harley) at several dealers in four different states. A couple of other dealers lost my business because they tried to steer me away from the powerful engines I like to something "more appropriate" or ignored me altogether. But GO AZ was terrific! Fair negotiation, smooth purchase execution. They were attentive, thorough, and honest. I would absolutely recommend them as a place to start your motorcycle shopping.

The sales staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great range and price. 1 star off because their store is not a layout I find helpful, but that's me. If you're in need of gear definitely stop in.

Sales staff were exemplary...quick to introduce themselves (Natalie) and she wanted to ensure my visit went well. I already own an Indian, so was just looking at some accessories...Natalie asked how everything was going...typical sales talk. I told her things were pretty well, she then asked if I was happy with the Indian brand. That opened a different conversation, as I had been in approximately 4 months before and couldn't get anyone to give me the time of day. I had expressed interest in possibly trading in Chieftain for Challenger...what would trade be worth, etc...nobody would talk to me. Natalie made it right by offering a free Challenger rental for me...this will keep me coming back to Go AZ for the duration that I own my Chieftain.

Made the trip down from Flagstaff to Go AZ Motorcycles in Scottsdale to test ride some bikes yesterday. My salesman Brett had them all ready to go when I got there and was super helpful in answering all my questions. Unfortunately I didn't end up buying anything and wasn't pressured with the usual dealership tactics. I appreciated that and I'll be back when the time is right for a second bike.
