Charged me 8000/- Rs for extra luggage that I later found is given free to students traveling abroad. Also threatened me that if i don't book my flight with them on that same day then the prices would go up and I'll have to pay more. The next day the price for the same flight went down by 5000/- Rs. Now they refuse to give me any justification of their overpricing. Really Shameful business practices.
