I am extremely disappointed *Girias company's* customer service. I purchased a washing machine with a soft closer door from them just 4 months ago, and the door is already broken. despite under being warranty, The company is refusing to replace it. i had informed them when i was purchasing the washing machine strictly recommended not to send the "demo washing machine" which they have kept to for advertising but they delivered same washing machine which they have, now it's broken soft closer door is not working, they are not responding when i visited to the showroom, so don't buy anything simply waste of money. Kindly give a solution
