I’ve been coming here for a few years, always bringing my new phones. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on screen protectors, brought family, recommend the location to people, etc. I decided to get a camera protector for my newest phone, though. For some reason, it kept cracking, so I kept getting the $5 replacement. I found it weird that it was breaking considering I don’t drop my phone or anything. My last replacement, they left condensation behind the lens. It wasn’t in the machine long enough. With the cold weather, it cracked within 12 hours. Being a university student, I had midterms and couldn’t bring it in. I also need to be careful with money. After all of the money I’ve spent, they wouldn’t give me a free replacement even though they left condensation behind my lens, which cracked the screen protector and could’ve honestly caused damage to my phone. They’ve lost my business, and since I spent a lot of money there and kept bringing my new phones when I got them, is a lot when all they needed to have was good customer service.

Not what I exactly wanted; maybe I'm picky but for the moment the the screen protector is great but the service was even better. Honest service and that's important to me; nothing was forcibly beibg sold to me. The screen wasn't exactly what I wanted but it still looks good and the job was done better than most places that do carry a hydrogel protector. Thank you!

I couldn't find a polyeurethane screen protector anywhere for my phone. I went to Ghost Armor and they found a solution for me, went above and beyond to get the right screen protector for my phone. Customer service is excellent, definitely recommend going there.

I had my ZFold 3 front display done today. Hands down the best custom fit, very impressed. I highly recommend this service, been using them for 6 years, always worth the money.

Absolutely amazing service. Every time I've ever brought a phone to get a screen protector added to it I have been met with somebody with a happy face and true skill. I have tried many times to install my own screen protector and it never comes out very nice. Not only do they do a great job of protecting your phone if you do by chance mess up the screen protector they only charge you a nominal fee to get a new one put back on. It's a great investment for an expensive device I always get all my phones for me and my family protected at Ghost Armor Bayshore. On a few occasions I've smacked my phone against the ground and the screen protector has done a wonderful job of protecting the actual glass. In my opinion, If your phone is worth more than $300 this is a must as insurance.
