We are grateful for the great work done by the Gerber team at 2004 Washington Street in restoring the damaged paint and body accessories on our BMW X5. I’ve never heard of this collision center before but was recommended through the insurance company and I’m glad they did. Their service & communication is like no other. Seriously A1 service.
I have only good things to say about the team at Gerber Collison & Glass in Huntsville. The front office (Brandy) was an absolute pleasure to talk with to schedule my appointment. The encoulnter set the tone for a great experience from the very beginning. Her passion to help and positive attitude were a breath of fresh air in a time of turmoil. Additionally, the in-house Adjuster was knowledgeable and quickly provided an estimate within a reasonable timeframe. They collaborated with my insurance company and made it a seamless experience. I was also pleasantly surprised when my vehicle only took 3 days to repair. The shop's quality and craftsmanship is unmatched in the area! The team is a well-oiled machine and their customer care shines through. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone wanting the best for their vehicle and an amazing customer service experience to go along with it!
I was really please with Larry and his team. Everything was explained and communicated with me as the work was being completed. They even finished before the date they gave me. Definitely earned my business and referrals if anyone asks!
