A great place: good communication, got an appointment for a day after (better book it because the place looks busy). Got my hair cut by Ewa and she did a great job: fast, efficient and she knew what she was doing. And it's a beautiful haircut! I have also appreciated that we had just a small talk without getting into each others' personal lifes (I am one of those who prefers to get my hair done in silence and Ewa respected it). All in all : a great experience and I definitely recommend the place.

I would not recommend. First, I had to wait over 45 minutes outside the salon on the street, despite having an appointment. Understand that during covid you have to wait outside, but would have appreciated if they told me upfront how long the waiting time was, instead of asking me to wait “just a little bit”. We weren’t even given a seat. Some others waited even longer than I. When i finally got in, the hairdresser didn’t ask where the dividing line in my hair usually was was before she started cutting, I had to intervene. The haircut I got was at most averaged and not exactly what I asked for despite explaining clearly what I wanted and even showing photos. Also, the use of conditionner after washing is considered “hair treatment” for which they charge 10 euros extra.

Very random cutting style, with uneven end result. I won't be going back.

I liked the overall experience here and I think that the average price is ok, but I had a bad end result and I felt robbed. From what I saw while there and from my friend, they are good with changing your hair color to something different like pink, red, silver etc... however when I asked to change my hair into something more natural looking and just a bit lighter, the person who served me failed completely. We chose the color from a sample book, then she first cut my hair and then put the mix she prepared on my hair. After waiting almost 1 hour with the product on my hair, she finally washed it and when I looked at the mirror, I saw that the result was 0. My hair looked exactly the same. I was a bit disappointed and I kindly asked what happened and her answer was “that’s a natural result, you cannot almost see it but it’s there... next time if you want we can do something a bit more visible, ça va?!” Well not really I thought since the color we chose was nothing even close to this... I just paid my 50 euros and since I guess I was quite visibly disappointed, she kept saying that next time we can do something visible... I would have preferred that she was honest recognizing the failure and just apologize for letting me stay 1 hour there with a product on my head for nothing. It would have been nice to offer a second treatment at a discounted rate or even for free considered the total miss...
