I went in for a surgical extraction, The Dentist and his team were great. I have anxiety issues when extractions are even mentioned as part of my dental plan. The team made me feel comfortable and relaxed, all in all it was not as bad as anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care!!

I recently had a cleaning done at Gentle Dental by the amazing Darkys, and the whole experience was top-notch. Nicole, at the front desk, stood out with her excellent communication skills. She took the time to thoroughly explain the additional treatments I need in a way that was easy to understand. Her patience and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease. The cleaning itself was thorough and painless. I'm impressed by the professionalism of the whole team at Gentle Dental. Highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

Whoever this Nicole broad is at Gentle Dental should be sent to a few seminars on how to be PROFESSIONAL, she lacks it big time and is very RUDE! It's unfortunate, to have such an unpleasant experience seeing that the name "Gentle Dental" does not suit it when you have such a miserable person answering phones and assisting patients. She should be in the back office alone with no interaction with humans!!! I am only speaking on HER this does not mean the rest of the staff is like this!

Gentle Dental in Peabody is an awesome place for dental needs! The staff are all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr G is the best! He explains everything in detail and I’ve never had any pain with my dental work. I would highly recommend this office!

I requested to book an appointment online. They said I would hear back in 48 hours. After the 48 hours passed with no contact, I called them. The receptionist that answered the phone was exceptionally unhelpful. She said she didn't know what happened with the online booking and tried to end the conversation there. I told her I did not care about troubleshooting the online booking issue - my concern was getting in for an appointment. She asked what insurance I had, and I told her, and after being put on hold several times she said they didn't know if they take that specific insurance. She mentioned that I needed to use the online in-network finder, to which I replied that this is how I found them in the first place. She then tried to take my information, and said none of it worked (it all worked fine for the next place that I called.) Overall they seemed completely uninterested in assisting me or having a new client. Do not recommend.
