Gelato was super tasty and even better than many few gelaterie in Italy. Place is an hour from home, but I’ll definitely go back!!!

Gelato Lab in Black Rock is our family's top pick for amazing ice cream. Having lived in Italy, my mum is a tough critic, but Gelato Lab has won her heart – and ours! After eagerly waiting for their post-winter break reopening, we now find any excuse to treat ourselves to a scoop of their beautiful gelato. Our absolute favourites are Pistachio and Tiramisu. Gelato Lab's Pistachio is simply unbeatable.It's not just the flavours that keep us coming back; it's the dedication to quality, use of natural ingredients and their service. Definitely a must try!

Went here for 1st time with my daughter. Very good quality served with a passion. The owner is Italian and does know the business. I can really talk from authority here as l made ice cream for 26 years and started very close to this shop. I would definitely recommend it. Any flavour will excite. I forgot to take pictures. But l will be back again soon

Hands down one of the best ice cream I’ve had ! Had a brief chat with the owner and he was very lovely and welcoming. Mouth watering and a very authentic taste. Loved every bit !

Ice cream was nice with a good selection. Given it was a hot day, the ice cream wasn’t served cold enough, so it nearly fell off the cone as soon as we left. No issues though, and it was reasonably priced with a pleasant beach nearby to walk along.
