The pharmacy has changed location and is under new management. She now appears bright, open and friendly. Medicines are always in stock. Card payment is now also possible for less than 10 euros. I also think it's great that only women seem to work here. As a woman, I am very happy to support such a company!
Super service, nice and above all very competent staff. My first port of call when we need something or have a prescription.
So far, consistently positive experiences. If the medication was not in stock, it was ordered/delivered as quickly as possible. The service is great, especially during the pandemic. The medicine was only delivered to our baby today because we are in domestic isolation. The pharmacy deserves more than 5 stars for this service alone. Many thanks again!
Only two people are allowed in at a time, I think that's good. Otherwise, to the general assessment: I've been going there for many years, and I like that it is not so impersonally over-modernized. This is a pharmacy as it should be, where you don't have the feeling that it's only the money that counts, but personal contact. Medicines were actually always in stock and, if not, ordered very quickly. The best thing I find, however, is that you have many herbs in stock, which you fill in paper bags depending on the amount you want. Great! Often nice conversations about various herbs with the ladies. Where can you still find that today? Well-tried, long-established pharmacy that I would always prefer to anyone else. I've been a customer there for decades. The staff is friendly and helpful. The solution-oriented actions of Mr. and Mrs. Höfken in the interest of the customer should be emphasized, insofar as one addresses or would like to address them. For many years I have been using the option to order or reserve medication in advance by phone, so that you can save yourself a route and the time required for it. In contrast to other pharmacies, my previous orders at the Geissbruch pharmacy were error-free, which is not a matter of course for BtMs in particular due to the stricter guidelines and the higher effort. A lot has happened in the pharmacy in recent months, so the team is complemented by a friendly and young-looking pharmacist. Furthermore, there has been the possibility of EC card payment for a few months, which private payers should be pleased about. In November last year (2019) the new pharmacist surprised me with the question of whether I would like to create a customer account as a regular customer. Because especially with subsequent exemption applications you save a lot of work and frustration. Free parking is also available as long as you remember the parking disc.
