Joni treated me well when I came into the office to go over my current coverages and she ended up quoting me with better coverages and a lower monthly rate. Very happy.

My car tags were expiring soon as were my insurance cards. Getting concerned, I went to my local GEICO office only to find the office was temporarily closed due to COVID concerns. But the sign on the door provided contact alternatives. I sent a text and within few hours I received an email with a printable file of my new cards. Then a few days later I received my my new insurance cards in the mail. Thank you GEICO!!
