Cutest place ever. My daughter loved it. They had a pokemon egg hunt and it's all my daughter talked about for hours. Now I know where to shop for her birthday.

This store has pretty much everything when you think Pokémon!! My son loves going in Saturday to see the “cool Pokémon guy” which is the sweetest young man who is always so helpful and makes the store overall such a welcoming place to be !! Will be back many Saturdays to come

Geek & Co.s pricing is pretty competitive but the online post-purchase experience was abysmal. I'll order from them again, but they will not be my first choice. Other, similar, purchases from other small Canadian hobby retailers (with cheaper shipping) made at the same time went very well by comparison. Placed a website order on 10 December for 4 small game models, got a note 4 days later that they had to get one item from their warehouse, got another note after another 4 days that it was not in stock and had been refunded and the rest of the order was marked as shipped. The shipping charge of $30 on a $60 purchase was not reduced, no opportunity to amend my order was offered, and the order says "shipped", but the courier's tracking service only says "label printed". Just guessing that it won't ship until sometime after another 4 days, which would make it 12 days to fulfill a relatively simple order.

As nice as they are, keep in mind if you're returning something, their system is not set up to instantly refund the purchase.
