Booked car in for MOT dropped it of Saturday morning, was told it needed work for MOT picked it up on the Monday cost about half what I was quoted, good communication throughout. Will use again.

I took my car in for a MOT and service. Warrant it failed its MOT but I was kept up to date the whole time it was in and they did have to keep it till the next day. I couldn’t fault the service and didn’t charge me ridiculous prices like some garages do. You have a customer for life now.

Run away from them.anything that has to do with transmission or sensors. Don't allow them to buy your parts they will kill your car in no time. The worst place to fix your car. Customer service is zero and rude staffs. Run the place like they only need you to always come back every 2days to fix issues. Don't damn go in there. You are held to pay before you see your car if faulty has been worked on. Staff tell you to face take your care out of the garage and bring it in 2 days while they are working on other clients car during working hours. Over charge you for parts , fail to call you to tell the main issue or even own up to their fault. They don't refund if they can't solve your issues once you pay for anything. I which i could get the Police involved what i go through in their hands. Halford is the best place to fix your car. Trust me NE4 7JL.

I’ve been bringing my car to this mechanic for about 10 years, and I can confidently say they are the best in Newcastle. I dropped my car off this Saturday at 8:00 AM for engine oil and filter, gearbox oil, cabin filter, and an issue with the front lights. Even though I was told it would be ready by 12:00, it was done perfectly by 10:00—at the best price on the market. After trying countless mechanics in the past, none come close to the reliability, honesty, and quality I get here. Highly recommended
