I had a very easy experience getting a car at Gardena nissian. Denis help put me in a Range Rover which was more than I expected to get when I arrived. Denis and Mohammed were absolutely amazing and made sure I left with the vehicle of my dreams! Best dealership experience I’ve had! They even put a bow on it for me when they found out it was my birthday.

As a first time buyer I was very nervous walking in, but as I pulled up I was welcomed with patience and a helping hand by the salesman Saul and Daniel These two men were great and made me feel very comfortable. I walked in knowing what I wanted and they and as well as Bappy, Daniel, and Muhammad made sure the process went smoothly. From picking the car, to learning about all the features the car has, to test driving, to pricing everything out that worked in my budget. I've been to many car dealers but this one was by far the best experience I have had when purchasing a new car. I am excited for the many adventures I will have with this car. If your looking for a car I promise you this is the place to go. I know I'll be back.
The entire process and procedure has always been and remains fast and efficient. Nissan maintenance employees accept my Nissan Versa, register it, inspect the exterior for existing damages and scratches, then drive it into the maintenance shop. The wait time is reasonable, about two hours for a typical, regular scheduled maintenance. The associates will inform you timely if anything else needs to be worked upon. There is a convenience shuttle van to take you home and pick you up if the maintenance will last a very long time, say, six hours or more. There is a distance limit, however, and beyond that you will have to either wait at Nissan or find other transportation. Overall, the scheduled maintenance is accomplished in a timely manner and properly. When Nissan maintenance is able, they will give the customer's automobile a quick, free wash. The whole process is stable and consistent so you, the customer, know what to expect going into Nissan for maintenance and coming out. Satisfaction guaranteed.
