Staff was very friendly, The Dr was very knowledgeable & professional

Their quote in their billboard is, “Be Seen , Like You’ve Never Been Seeb Before”, Which has me 😂 considering i made an appointment and when i showed up was rejected by the women at the front desk! I explained previously to them that i renewed my insurance and they were sending me out my new id card but i had the numbers the woman gave me i case they needed them. They told me no problem, just bring in your id n numbers. Yet was rejected?! So i went to Walmart the next day , perfectly fine! So, totally rude , u informed and completely unprofessional !

Beware!!!! Horrible. Don't even know where to begin. First they mess up my prescription. Waited over 3 weeks. Then I return the glasses and I am now on 3 weeks again waiting for them to come in . Don't bother to leave messages because no one ever returns them...Everytime I call they keep telling me we will call you when ready or there was a problem with lenses. This will be my last time at the place. The worst I have ever experienced,,,

Horrible! Happy to take insurance money but take for ever to get glasses I have been waiting for over two months and they never call back no matter how many messages I leave. The desk people are completely rude and disrespectful, should be fired.

Went out of my way 12 miles each way to get my glasses which by the way took over a month to get, Went to pick them up they're closed, went back today at 5pm, the hours on the door says they close at 6pm- still closed! caught the young lady on her way out and she refused to hand them to me claiming that they were closed! The sad part is even if the owners read this, they wouldn't care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
