I work with the Garceau Agency because they actually care about getting my needs met expeditiously. Most recently I needed a commercial building insured that I was taking back after a land contract default. The tenant was still in, but I was dubious if they had coverage and I needed my own coverage asap. Sandi and crew were able to get me coverage while the tenant is still there during the exit process, and that same coverage continues over to when the building becomes vacant. A total nightmare. The lady that helped me pick out my insurance was not very helpful when it came to explaining what insurance I needed. She tried to push me into a plan that I could not afford. She told me she was looking around for the best deal she could find.. which was Auto Owners Insurance that charges $234 for full coverage.. and that is OUTRAGEOUS! I called around and found the same coverage for $164 at Esurance. I will be switching insurance companies!!
