Do not purchased any thing from here they're not interested they cant even handle customer respectfully. Worst experience ever with hetal mam in sales team she is not interested in client, doesn't know how to do a job in corporate structure.
I bought Activa125 BS6. They delivered fault vehicle which makes lot of vibration and abnormal noise. First they refused to accept the problem and keep giving wrong assurance without proper solution for next two years. Now it came to know that they had delivered fault vehicle. Be careful, once they deliver then they run away from proper servicing. whenever any customer tries to give this type of true incident then they reply like "mis interpretation and mis understanding of customer". They never accept their fault. My vehicle is still at their center. They are not providing me job sheet copy, not ready to show what has been done plus they are asking me to pay parking fee.
Worst service centre. I have taken AMC. Every three months they will come up with problems in vehicle and will tell this needs to be changed and that needs to be changed. When I told is this the quality of vehicle company is manufacturing then staff said new technology are being used in vehicles which is not durable and standard and quality of vehicle has gone down. Just not gave vehicle for service at that time there was no leakage of oil however after reaching home received call from center stating there is oil leakage as it is broken. Might be by this way they can earn some more money to renovate there service center
They deserved negative rating, Pathetic staff, communication gape, worst sales strategy! First they will call u multiple times to buy their vehicle, after choosing colour & finalize once u reach there they denied during delivery that this colour is out of stock bcoz they have colour variety in delux & higher model like activa 125 , they make fool PPL or they underestimate us over confidence. Master strategy, they sell white light vehicle first moreover there is no major difference between yellow & white light it's just an illusion they create that white light is anti fog light as well as u can buy Philips company branded white led light from Amazon just ₹200-300/- range & ganesh honda charged ₹2700/- extra just for this
Rushed place. Needs many changes of look and feel. No proper counter of payment. In insurance dept when renewed policy name was not taken at first instance right. Required correction letter on
