Every aspect from the booking to the eye appt to the glasses selection to the delivery of the glasses was top notch. Friendly and professional at every level. I can't picture any opportunity to make my experience any better. Thanks very much and I really like my new glasses...
I have been a client/patient with FYI Doctors Nanaimo Waddington location for over five years. The clinical services are excellent; the optometrists have always given me detailed explanations about the health of my eyes and about any changes in eye health. They encourage questions from the client. The dispensing opticians are also very client-oriented and offer clear explanations of the features/cost of the lenses. I appreciate that there is rarely a wait to see the doctor at the appointed time.

Due to a scratch on my eyeball, my eye was very painful and I could barely open my eye. I called FYI doctors and they slid me in immediately. The care and treatment I got was amazing. I had instant relief with an easy treatment plan.
