I was told that for the very pricey wallpaper that I paid for (and they charge $45 to have ONE roll of paper shipped) was ample enough for the dimensions given on this project. Guess what? Halfway through install, there wasn’t enough wallpaper!!!! Need to buy another expensive roll, wait however long it takes to ship, the color might not be “exactly” the same & they won’t waive shipping fee! Terrible customer experience. Unfortunately, I will need to shop at another wallpaper business for my next projects. One that is customer-centric & one where details matter.

Thank you for your feedback. Wallpaper quantities are calculated based on the dimensions provided at the time of purchase, and this order was placed approximately a year and a half ago using those measurements. Because wallpaper is produced in dye lots, manufacturers recommend ordering all material at the same time. Additional rolls ordered much later may come from a different batch and can have slight color variation, which is standard in the industry. Even though the order was placed over a year ago, we still offered a courtesy discount on the additional roll to help reduce the cost. We wish you the best with the completion of your project.
