Full Spectrum Emergency Room and Urgent Care

Convenient location across from my neighborhood, plenty of parking, clean clinic, quick service, and very friendly/knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!!!

Had to take my son because he needed stitches. His care team Dr. Joe Pendon, Nurse Vilma, Tech Vanessa were all fantastic. Brandy at the front desk was very kind and patient with me. Explained everything to me so I understood what was going on. For emergency care this place is great.

Everybody was so nice and helpful. They took very good care of me. Wish I lived there so I could always use them for my emergency needs. Thank yawl so much.

Great treatment and quick care. I stopped at another more convenient Urgent Care facility first, but when I was told I couldn't be treated till the following day, I drove a couple more miles to Full Spectrum. I was so pleased that this will be my first choice next time I need urgent medical service. Thanks to all for their great care. FYI - their check in process is via your smart phone, so remember your reading glasses, and ask to connect to their WIFI - cell service in only 2-3 bars inside.

Hands down the most amazing experience! Brought my 4yr old here after a night of fevers and coughing. The nurse practitioner, Jacob, was so attentive and professional! And Cassandra, the tech, was so kind…my daughter loved her!! And Drinna made the check in process hassle-free. My momma heart was set at ease and and got the reassurance it needed. This place has my business for sure. So grateful for Full Spectrum!
