Out of 5 experiences with major dealerships Friendship Ford of Lenoir was hands down the most pleasant one to date. I ended up breaking down in route almost 45 mins from home and another 45 to go. I called to cancel my appointment & after I explained the reason I was asked to hold for a minute. When they returned to the phone they offered to send a tow truck to pick up myself and the car. Upon arrival I tried to pay for the tow truck but wasn’t successful due to Friendship covering the cost… Just wow is all I can say about that! We wasn’t successful on the initial vehicle I intended to purchase but Holden didn’t stop working for me. I left with a Better deal and truck then I came for not to mention one of the best warranties I’ve ever seen. I huge shoutout to the staff, GM & Holden for their commitment to their craft. They truly are Friends at Friendship Ford of Lenoir & my business will be with them for the foreseeable future… Check them out you won’t be disappointed & tell them Jerry sent you!

Holden was amazing! He helped me find an amazing car within 2 minutes of being on the lot. What I appreciate the most is he sold me a reliable car for travel with my son. I have met some shady salesman that only look at money. He made sure I got a great car that won’t leave us stranded in another state during travel. He is awesome!

I purchased a Ford Mustang from Friendship Ford earlier this week. I was shopping around for a car and stopped in and was greeted by Justin the salesman. I let him know what I was looking for and he stayed in touch with me until he found me the exact car I was looking to buy, Justin explained everything to me, was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I knew right then Friendship Ford was where I was going to purchase my car and not only that they offer lifetime warranty on their vehicles. If you are looking to buy a new car, I highly recommend them! The whole crew there was so friendly, honest and kind! If you stop in ask for the salesman Justin he has given me the best service I could ask for and has even stayed in touch with me after buying my new car.

Ordered my new super-duty at the end of January just just signed on it today. Good, honest and easy to get along with guys that don’t try to nip pic every cent they can get out of you is what you will find here. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Service was great. I was greeted by Jonathan Williams he was very friendly he was not pushy or over eager to make a sale. The team really helped me out and the process was super easy and fast. Very happy with the service I received. When I decide to buy again friendship ford of lenoir will definitely be my first stop I will be asking for Jonathan Williams specifically.
