I had my first visit today with Carlos and am overwhelmingly happy with my hair results. Carlos exceeded my expectations in coming in for a toner/root touch up and trim. He was detailed, meticulous with taking his time, and was incredibly friendly. From start to finish, he did not rush, and he was focused on the details of my request with dedication.
