I love Frenchies to the point where I am willing to hop a flight or drive 5 hours. The positive environment, cleanliness, and protecting the health of the nail prevent me from wanting to go elsewhere. Kat did a great job on my pedicure. What a great foot massage. I enjoy detailed nail art. I worked with Andrea for the first time for my manicure. Already scheduled with her again. She knocked it out of the park! My nails look perfect.

Awful! Techs have no idea hoe to do manicure. They can’t (or don’t want to) shape nice and neat, they have no idea how to clean cuticle and skin around nails. All they do - paint nails - even that is awful. The worst part, at check out the smallest amount for gratuity option is 20%. So, they want you to tip them 20-30% for absolutely awful quality of manicure.
