Saloni is very nice and clean, people working there are gentle and professional. Maybe is a bit pricy, but I'm overall satisfied about the service. I have gone already a couple of times and signed up for membership to have some savings

My first pedicure experience was disappointing. The service was okay, but the girl was rushed and left sugar scrub in my toes. When I paid, I realized the products were still on my feet. The girl at the register gave me a discount. The girl doing my pedicure filled the bowl with the hottest water and when I told her it was too hot she drained the water and filled the bowl with cold water. I tried to joke it off, but it was very apparent that she was irritated at that point, that’s when I felt a shift in the services. Everyone else had a warmed shoulder wrap, but I was never offered one. It felt like I went to a beauty school rather than a salon. It was so bad that I went somewhere else afterward to get a foot massage. Never going back!

I got a great pedicure and nail art by Natasha! She was friendly, patient, and took her time to do it so well! I was going on a beach vacation and after seeing her nail art designs I decided to do something fun on my toes. I was so impressed by her attention to detail and she completely nailed the Pinterest design I showed her. I loved it and would go back for sure. Thanks Natasha!

As a retired nail tech who spent 38 years taking care of clients and having extremely high standards for sanitation, I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to find Frenchies. Booking online was a piece of cake and the receptionist was bubbly and helpful when I called to clarify a service. I arrived 40 minutes before my scheduled time and was greeted immediately by the friendly receptionist whose name I didn’t catch. Being so early, I was absolutely prepared to wait but the got me in immediately! The salon is spotlessly clean, smells amazing and has a nice, relaxed, atmosphere, with music that allowed for conversation. Natasha was my tech and she met me up front, gave me a tour and had me wash my hands (first salon I e been to since I retired that did that) and choose my color. After I got seated, she opened her autoclaved implenents, and had a new file and buffer for my service. I chose GelX extensions in a medium almond shape. Natasha made a note of my nail sizes, preferred length, shape and polish on my client card (I haven’t seen this done in a nail salon other than mine). Natasha was so gentle in her application and she was fun and engaging. We had a lovely conversation about my time as a nail tech as well as hers. Polish application was absolutely flawless, as was the Gelx application. I highly recommend Frenchie’s and Natasha, although I’m certain that the entire staff are just as talented! I’ve already booked my three week appointment!

I loved getting my pedicure here. It was clean and quiet. I don’t care for salons where the staff are speaking loudly to each other. While I did miss having a massage chair (they don’t have them), I prefer this environment. I will be back.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Mariah and the Frenchies nail salon. This was such a welcoming and relaxing luxury experience from the heated neck compress to the scented lotion at the end of my manicure. My nails turned out great and everyone was so kind!

I really wanted to like this place and have been about 5 times in the past year. Positives are location/parking, their hygiene practices, and their children’s service to which they have done well with in my experience. The positives stop there. I have had disappointing pedicures that chip within a couple days (using their dazzle dry) and a very amateurish gel manicure…my husband asked if my preschooler did it. This last time they canceled an hour before my appointment with complete apathy, zero apology. Disappointing and disrespectful. Will be going elsewhere for myself.
