From our jet-free pedicure bowls to hand-filing instead of routinely using electric drills, our practices are purposeful and reflect the higher standard of care we’ve chosen to provide. That attention to detail can mean services take a little longer, and we recognize we could have communicated that more clearly, especially when time was a concern. We also appreciate your feedback on comfort, water temperature, upgrades, memberships, and rebooking. Our team is there to educate and offer options, but those recommendations should never feel like pressure. We know our experience is different, and we’re proud of that. At the same time, every guest should leave feeling comfortable, valued, and cared for.
