I enjoyed my time a lot and loved my tech I got (I’m sorry I’m probably butchering the spelling) her name was Sayla and she was awesome

I had an okay experience, I think price is a little steep for whats offered. I was supposed to have a massage in my package, it was more just like a quick rub of lotion and the lotion wasnt even rubbed in well so I had to wipe some off with my hands. Nails weren't shaped how I liked. Calluses weren't really scrubbed. It is very clean, I like that tools are one time use snd sanitation is important here. My friend who came with me paid for the exact same pedicure and hers was done in half the time mine was and her nails were only half painted. Even my tech, Mona (who was very sweet and fun to talk to) asked her a few times "wow youre done already" and turns out because her toes arent even all the way painted. The girl doing my friend seemed sweet but maybe doesn't pay attention to detail? I was aldo told I couldn't do French tips, maybe make it more clear when booking it has to be arranged ahead of time. I paid $75 plus tip and my pedicure is just the same as a $45 one at a normal place. Im not unhappy, but i think I liked Posh nail bar a little better for the same price point, and they went above in beyond to make my toes the right shape and get me what I needed there. And there was also a first time discount of 25% off, and we were first timers, but for some reason it wasnt offered to us until after we left via automated message. It would've been nice to have been able to use that. Not sure why it wasnt offered given their system knows its our first time and front desk lady. So so time

The front desk manager was so good at her job and very customer service oriented. For her alone, I'd come back.

I enjoyed my first experience at Frenchies. My nail technician, Alicia, was great with bringing my idea to life. She spend quality time ensuring i was happy with the product of my nail art.

Ana was phenomenal. Incredibly detail-oriented, and she even verbalized to me how she wanted my nails to look perfect. The best pedicure I've ever received. Will definitely be returning (and booking with her!)

I was excited to have a mani/pedi here as they were listed as a Dazzle Dry location. Booking my appointment for the most expensive pedicure was easy online. After a few hours, I called and decided to get a manicure as well. I spoke to an employee who was friendly and helpful. I arrived on time and got escorted to my pedicure bowl. The nail tech was friendly and did a good job painting. My complaint with the pedicure is there was no massage time outside of her applying the products. She rubbed the scrub on and then cleaned it off. She put the lotion on and then moved on. That was disappointing as it was the most expensive pedicure. I was then escorted over to a different nail tech for the manicure. She was nice, but frazzled due to some lack in communication. She was also somewhat unfamiliar with Dazzle Dry. I made the mistake of choosing a very used polish and so the bottle was low. Instead of being knowledgeable and informing me that it needed to be reordered and was too low to use, she struggled through the manicure. The brush couldn’t reach the polish at the bottom, so in the time it took for her to tilt the bottle and get more on the brush, the dazzle dry was lumping. She had to redo a nail and kept having to clean excess off as she was rushing when the brush had product. While she was working, another employee came over and said “your 10:30 is here. I’ll start for you” which made my nail tech even more frantic. Overall, I won’t be returning. I spent 145$ for the manicure/pedicure (this induced the additional charge of 30$ for the Dazzle Dry products).

I've left messages, called and emailed regarding the service I received on June 13th, which I was disappointed with. I received one call back from Gabby who left a message to call her back. I tried many times, the most I got was the AI chatbot from their texting service. I have asked for you to cancel the membership and remove my CC information from your system. I have not heard from anyone. The customer service is quite lacking. Will not be returning to this salon.

Removing existing gel polish took longer for my nail tech because i had a thicker layer of polish built up, as I told them about when I booked. Rather than seeing that my technician was taking longer and another sitting down to help her, even when 3-4 others were done with their clients as well as cleaning the shop none of them opted to assist in any way at the end of the evening, so she had to rush finishing them herself, which ended in a very poor final product. My nails were so bad I had to redo them myself the next day. Paid $144 for this. :( Yes, a challenging client, but absolutely no team work and a really bad first impression for what could have been a new client.

Very dissatisfied. I got a regular manicure and pedicure. No gel or nail art. I paid $90!! Which I find is absolutely outrageous. Overpriced and it took almost two hours. By that evening the polish was flaking off my nails. Coming from New York I have NEVER, EVER paid more than $50 for a mani/ pedi, the time was half and the polish on my hands lasted over a week. Giving it one star is generous.

Decided to come here for a pedicure after seeing another appointment was cancelled. I was able to schedule online very easily, same day! This salon was the most peaceful and smoothly run I've ever been to, and has really fair pricing. I don't get nail services often but I absolutely hate finding new places to go and I really lucked out this time! I didn’t feel rushed, but also was not waiting long at all. It will be my default, now

This is definitely the salon where mature women can come and get nail care without unnecessary chatter. I nodded off a couple of times during my two sessions. My hands and feet had been very neglected and I left Alysia feeling polished and renewed. I have definitely found my spot, now if only I can find a trustworthy beautician for my hair I'll be set!

Just had a pedicure after a very long time. Nail tech Ana was great. She is very meticulous and has a soft touch, which I appreciate since I’ve had multiple surgeries on my feet. In addition this place is also very clean. My go to place when I am visiting the Springs!

Gabby did my pedicure and it was the best I ever had! She ws great with my ingrown toenails and super awesome! The place is clean and my toes look cute!

This was my first visit to Frenchies and am very pleased. My nail technician asked a lot of questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. The salon is sparkling clean and well organized. I’ll be back!

If you’re looking for a place that’s meticulous about the appearance of your nails and hygiene, this place is for you. My nail tech took the time to explain to me why some nail services work better/last for certain nail types. She also made sure I was OK with the appearance of my nails before proceeding to the next step. They also take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. Everyone gets their own nail file and buffer. No shared drill tips between clients. Everything is deep cleaned after use (I was also there for a gel pedi after my gel-x manicure so I saw this all in action).
