I had a really wonderful experience with Keth for my gel manicure this weekend. With how expensive nail salons have gotten, the value that this place brings for the extra $20 or so on top of regular nail salon prices feels absolutely worth it. The attention to detail is clear, I appreciate the price transparency, and I’m excited for my next appointment that I have already booked!

I love this place for a lot of reasons - friendly staff, quality services, and clean products (Dazzle Dry is wonderful for a nontoxic mani or pedi). It’s generally easy to get appointments last minute, which I usually do. I’ve tried out a lot of different people (due to booking last minute) and everyone is great. Special shoutout to Felicia, as her work is impeccable! My main reason for giving 4 stars is going to sound so petty, but it feels like every time I schedule an appointment, I get a follow up text asking to change the time by 10-30 minutes. It’s very annoying. They need to manage the schedule better so this stops happening. Also, I’ve sometimes waited a long time for afternoon appointments that start late. It’s no big deal, and I get things run off track sometimes, but the rescheduling texts are super irritating on top of the schedule running late. Otherwise, this place does a great job. I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Mandi gave me an excellent pedicure yesterday. One thing I really appreciated is that she asked upfront if I was ticklish and modified the service accordingly. The massage was also very good, paying attention to all areas of calf, not just the shin.

The techs here are so nice and friendly, and I always come out with a great mani pedi. They're definitely more expensive than your local mani-pedi joint, but it's worth it to know that the employees are taken care of and that the salon is always super clean and sanitized!
