I've been coming to Frenchies for over a year and every time I get a gel manicure here it turns out perfect. I've been getting my nails done by Alyvia and she did my nails perfectly for my destination wedding. The salon is also extremely clean and I love that they remove gel polish gently.

We had such a great experience at Frenchies! I brought my daughter for her very first time getting her nails done, and they made it such a fun and special experience for her. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and we both loved how our nails turned out!
I also really appreciated that it didn’t have that typical strong nail salon smell thanks to their upgraded HVAC system. The whole salon felt clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Frenchies. We will definitely be back! 🤍

While I love the concept. It was not what I expected. I got two things done. A pedicure with gel polish, and gel x nails. Let’s start with the pedicure. I like that they don’t use the drills and it doesn’t smell in there- but the taking care of your feet like callus removing/ minimizing, massaging, hot towel(which I never got but I thought I would?) was bare minimum. A lil scrub here and a lil scrub there and that’s it. All done. Now the gel- I’ve never had an issue with gel on my toes. And after 1 week and 1 day - it’s already chipping. My toes don’t look even or match. Now for the gel X this was my first time getting gel X and I’m disappointed after having them for eight days in total they’re already pulling up and I can pretty much peel them off. Also, I wanted almond shape and provided a photo that I wanted them really rounded. I kept asking for them to be rounded and ended up coming home and having to round them more myself, my nails are all uneven. They don’t match one or the other. I wanted a slight ombre/French tip. And the look I got was similar, but not what I wanted. The polish work is uneven. One thumb has more white than the other. like I said I love the concept of it, but I probably wouldn’t return.

Gel polish chipping and Gel-X lifting after only eight days is not the standard we expect from our services. Likewise, if the shape, finish, or overall result was not what was requested, we would want the opportunity to see the nails and address those concerns.
Our pedicure services do vary depending on the service level selected, but every service should be performed thoroughly and according to the steps included in that service. If something was missed, we want to know about it.

Frenchies is one of the best places I could think of to just relax for a bit and get your nails done. Everyone working was both super friendly and professional. The person at the front took the time to explain the sanitation practices of the salon and walked me through the colour selection process for my pedicure. I was able to get a small beverage while I was waiting from their menu (I got a matcha), and then the service itself was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely be back!!!
