Great company for septic pumping

They deliver spot-a-pots/ Porta-potty for our company, SBC Outdoor Services. They are exceptionally affordable. I have gotten many quotes, and all of them have been anywhere from triple to five times the cost. If you need a Spot-a-pot in Central MD., this is the company to use.

We rented a bathroom trailer from Freedom Septic a few weeks ago for out at-home wedding. The delivery and pick up was fast, efficient and they gave great direction on use. Nothing else I could ask for and I felt they were very reasonably priced.

I have used this company in the last few years for septic service. For the most part, I had been pleased. Earlier last week, I called to schedule a day for service. The young lady who answered the phone "abruptly" put me on hold. After waiting for a period of time, I decided to end my call as the call obviously had been forgotten. I called back and got the answer machine. I left a "pointed" message on their machine explaining that I was not happy about my extensive hold. I stated to please call me back if this company wanted my repeat business. It has been 4 days and no call back. I can only assume that they no longer wanted my business. I feel that if they do not communicate with a repeat customer, perhaps they are too busy to perform the service, as well. I gave them 2 stars, instead of 1, because the rating is not based on service. However, for the most part, companies should realize that solid and professional communication is the essence of running a good business.

Freedom Septic saved our septic system. My husband and I needed a whole new drainfield and a new tank and freedom was able to be very responsive and thorough with their work. I was amazed with how hard they worked each day they came in the great communication they kept with my husband and I throughout the process.
