Freedom RV was up to the challenge to install new furniture, tank heat pads and perform annual PM on AC units. Everyone is very professional and dedicated to doing the work right the first time. I will seek them out in the future to support my RV living lifestyle.
I’m so impressed with the service and professionalism provided by Jody, who just changed out my a/c unit. He showed up with all the right parts and tools and had my unit changed out and working again in only about an hour. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. Y’all are absolutely my favorite provider for all my Rv needs.
Fantastic place to do business!! They are family owned and take great care of their customers. We traded in a used RV for a new one. The process was easy and smooth. Dusty gave us a good price for our trade as well as on the new RV. They had all of the extra parts that we needed in stock to swap from a 30 amp RV to a 50 amp RV. The biggest thing for me is that I know that if there is a warranty issue that it will be taken care of. We bought our last RV at a big name place and they did absolutely nothing that they promised to do when we bought it new. I feel extremely confident that this won't be an issue going forward. We have also had service work done here on our old RV and they always do a good job at a good price. I highly recommend using Freedom RV!!!!
