Deserves 0 stars. This place is a scam. No refunds and they sell raggedy cars. We only had the car an hour when it started smoking. Then next day the key wouldn't unlock the door. Most likely due the car door being replaced at some point The car had bad tires and needed breaks They need to be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR!!!
Very pleasant buying experiences. I had done my homework before buying. The numbers the dealer quoted me were fair and reasonable. The sales associate was very reasonable about the cars and a great help. The boss was very kind and helpful and honest. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had.
All and all it was a great experience! Chris Coutino, the sales account is an excellent professional. If you want make sure your purchasing experience is smooth and stress free as much as possible please ask for Chris. I have been at some dealers before and I can tell what was always present: sincere and very courteous approach. To owner and team: 10 out 10 guys! Keep up the good work!
Horrible dealership. Don't put much value in their word. They told me they would fix vehicle before we purchased.when we went back to pick up the vehicle they said the check engine light would go away after driving for a bit. Light never went away and even more problems surfaces due to them not fixing the original problems. Vehicle started to over heat, could not pump gas, had a horrible grinding sound, constant smell of antifreeze, no heater in the freezing temperatures. Stay away from this place. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and other organizations due to their shady practices. Carlos is a snake and his handshake doesn't mean much since he can't stay true to his word.
Mr.CARLOS the manager sold me a horrible car took it home withinin 1 hours of driving it started smoking and check engine light came up. He stated in the contract there is no warranty which if you are selling used cars then there should be some type of warranty. That is any dealership. He does not provide warranty because he knows he sells broke cars! He also stated to basically ignore the check engine light. I drive with my son in the vehicle now what if something happened to any of us. I literally broke down at a gas station and Mr.Carlos gave me his “PERSONAL NUMBER” which was not even a working number. NOW FAST FORWARD.. HE PROCESSED MY REFUND ALMOST A WEEK AGO AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PAYMENT BACK FOR THAT REFUND. THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. DO NOT COME TO FREDYS TO GET A CAR, MIGHT AS WELL GO TO THE JUNK YARD IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMETHING. 495$ DOWN? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, you can’t get it down that much but like I said save your money on these junk cars. WHOLE COMPANY IS A SCAM ZERO STARTS FROM ME THANK YOU.
