Mostly impressed with the level of customer service from Tramal Turner; he helped us with everything we needed when we purchased a car in July 2025, in May 2026 a driver ran a red light & hit us- totaled our car; Tramal even helped with all our questions about the warranty we purchased even though we were not ready to purchase another car yet. Tramal went above and beyond and is now on the lookout for a used vehicle we want and we are very picky customer who want certain car features at a certain price but he doesn’t let that deter him! We loved his personality and also the smoothness of the sale last year; this was the smoothest purchase of a vehicle we have ever had and will shop here again!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. When you call or go in, ask for Preston Elmer - not too pushy, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every person I interacted with, from the phone sales rep (Marissa) to the sales managers, was great. I also got a great deal on a new Sienna with no miles. This was the only dealership that had any in stock and they still gave me the best price I could find in all of NC. Lastly, the finance manager was great as well. Omar handled my paperwork and he was fast and fair. Great place, ask for Preston.

I had an outstanding experience yesterday afternoon at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, all thanks to the incredible salesman, Max Mullin. From the moment I walked up to the door, Max was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the ideal car for what I wanted and within my budget. He listened to my needs and preferences, and with his expertise, he guided me to a vehicle that exceeded my expectations and not a SUV I would have normally considered. Max made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I can't thank him enough for his exceptional customer service. I drove home in my new car last night. They were very easy to work with and everyone was very friendly. Our salesman, JR Hayes was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking for and was very easy to work with through the process. When I picked the vehicle up, he took the time to explain a lot of the features and said if I had any questions to give him a call. Mr. Lateef handled the paperwork and made it a quick and easy process. I hate the car buying process, but they made it easy and painless. I would definitely buy another vehicle from here.

Every dealer needs to read this! My wife and I have been talking about purchasing a 4Runner for a few years now, but they were just too expensive for us. We finally made the decision to purchase one with limited supply and concern about rising interest rates. We saw one we wanted at a decent price from Fred Anderson Toyota, but before we found that one, I had sent out about 25 emails to others Toyota dealers around my area, including Hendricks Toyota of Wilmington, just blocks from where I live! Not one dealer responded with an offer, only Andre from Fred Anderson! Within a day we got a deal we liked and went to Raleigh to pick it up. We have expected them to pull some crazy moves, like most dealers do, or tell us we can’t give you the price on your trade-in, or whatever, they did everything they said they would, even our the deal of lifetime oil changes! It’s so hard to find anyone these days who keep their word, especially car dealers! I’ve bought many cars over the years and I have to say, this was the best experience ever! If you read my reviews, then you know I sing for the services I receive! For Fred Anderson, it’s a not even close, for them they are contributing to making our life even better, so “Love Our Life,” hands down for them! Thanks guys for doing what you said you were going to do, that’s all anyone can ask!
