Each step from searching, all the way to purchasing a car was absolutely seamless. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Ken, Michael, John, and Adele were alol the people that help me get the car I wanted and they all did an awesome job making sure everything was set. Also Ken was amazing at explaining everything and all the features of the new car. Overall the experience and the atmosphere of the place was very comforting and professional. We were in the market for two new cars. The attractive lease option at Acura was a huge motivator. Adele answered all of our questions prior to our visit and set us up with Justin who took care of everything from shuffling cars back and forth for us to look at to working with Tim (Mgr) to fairly value our trades and align payments with our expectations. The team at Fred Anderson Acura works like a finely tuned machine which in turn makes the process for a buyer much easier. There was no high pressure, costly, and unnecessary add-ons which is common. Just a straightforward process from start to finish. We love our new ADXs SUVs!

Justin and his team were very friendly, quick-paced, and made the buying process a pleasure instead of long and tedious. Provided me and my 2 children with sodas and snacks while waiting. I got a great deal on a 2024 Integra A Spec Tech and a decent offer on my trade-in. I said I didn’t want to pay a penny more than I was already paying for my 2020 Pilot, and they made it happen. Very satisfied!

Justin the sales associate and the finance manager were awesome !!! They were attentive, they listened to my needs, and within a couple hours they made it happen. I left with an upgrade from a beat up 2009 Accord to a nice, sleek, new to me 2020 Accord!!! I absolutely love it!!!
