The most ridiculous booking service you can expect. They expect customers to book months in advance for a preferred stylist but only give you a single day's notice on cancellation with no efforts to accomodate another preferred stylist for the same time/date. Editing my review as I saw the comment posted by owner who is conveniently stating lies again. Screenshot below showing the fact you never offered us an appointment for same date, let alone time. Furthermore, they called threatening to never take us as a client now that we’ve posted a negative review.

As a first time client, it was such a beautiful experience for my daughter. Lovely vibe and Belinda knew exactly what my daughter was after. Would highly recommend

Had a lovely experience at Frankie today… from the moment I arrived all the staff were welcoming … gorgeous , quaint two story salon. Annika (emerging stylist) looked after me with a grey coverage tint plus a toner over my washed out hair…. Finished with a blow wave. Lovely personality and did an amazing job… felt like a new woman walking out. I felt really looked after at the salon… thank you 🙏

Fantastic experience at Frankie Salon in Richmond!! I walked in feeling quite nervous as this was my first time going to this salon, but my nerves quickly disappeared when I met Gem and Codie at the front desk. They were both so welcoming and friendly! Codie was my hairdresser and immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. She talked me through everything and provided me with great tips and suggestions on styling my curly hair! She made me feel confident and gorgeous in my natural hair, which was definitely a first for me and I couldn’t be more grateful 😁 Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend getting your hair done at Frankie!! I had an appointment with Tom on 30 June for a complete restyle, changing my medium-length hair into a fresh new look, along with a blow wave. This was my first visit to the salon. I found them on Google after seeing their excellent ratings and reviews, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, and it was lovely to see so many happy clients leaving the salon. Tom took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, offered professional advice, and together we decided on a style that suited me perfectly. His expertise and attention to detail made me feel completely confident throughout the appointment. I couldn't be happier with the result! My new hairstyle is exactly what I was hoping for, and I've already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist who truly listens and delivers amazing results. I absolutely love my new hairstyle and the salon. Love, love, love it!

Amy is brilliant and certainly had her work cut out with me but was able to give me exactly what I wanted. The full team were fantastic, very welcoming and I have now finally found my blonde/grey hair specialist. Top marks. See you in August.
