Had my first visit at Frankie salon, Richmond recently which was a very positive experience. From the outset, I felt comfortable with the friendly staff, liked the modern vibe and most importantly am very happy with hairdressing I received. Thanks team!

I recently visited Frankie Salon for a haircut and given I have very thick hair which has had many a bad cut from various salons over the years I was delighted to have Georgia as my stylist. Her care and precision cutting my was fantastic and I would highly recommend her.

Absolutely love Frankie’s! 💕 I came in after having a haircut elsewhere that I really wasn’t happy with, and Tony completely transformed it. He listened to exactly what I wanted, took the time to understand my hair, and the result is honestly exactly what I was hoping for.

Belinda was my hairdresser. Very good choice because I am extremely fussy about my hair cut. She done a very good job cannot waite to go back again.

Saw James for the first time at the Richmond location and loved what he did with my hair. Absolutely nailed a vibrant but natural copper colour and I am obsessed!

Really warm and relaxed atmosphere in the salon and from all the staff. Had a small style change with Kiara to shoulder length with long layers and some face framing to try out before potentially going a bit shorter. Very happy with the results and got just what I asked for. She was very friendly and offered advice about styling and volume also. Really good experience.

I’ve been coming to Jaz for 2 years now for my colour and cuts, and my hair has never been so healthy so hot!!!! Not only is she just the sweetest, her haircuts always make me feel like a movie star 🌟 Cannot recommend her and her talents enough 💕

Katie coloured and styled my hair yesterday and I left the charming salon feeling a million dollars. At last night’s dinner guests commented that I had never looked so good!
