Fountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I have spent the past ten years coming here and I recently made the switch to Mesa Ridge Dental. I don't know what changed because I used to love going there, but the customer service has decreased dramatically, they don't return phone calls, and they pressure you into procedures you don't need and that insurance will ultimately reject. I'm waiting on a huge bill for my son's deep cleaning that he didn't even need. I was told I needed laser deep cleaning every three months that insurance didn't cover. When I went to Mesa Ridge Dental, I was told I don't even need that. I just have to floss more. I tried to cancel my last appointment with them and they continue calling me. I do not ever want to go back there! I feel so duped.

The staff here is amazing. The front office ladies checked me in and were super helpful. I saw Dr Campbell and she was great. She made me feel super comfortable and helped me make decisions I felt comfortable with. I found my new dentist!!

My experience at this office was amazing! Everyone was so patient with me and helped me with my dental anxiety. I have such a hectic work schedule that when I needed to reschedule they were always understanding and always called to remind me about my appointment which was very helpful. Dr Campbell and all of the assistants were amazing. They did crowns on my front teeth and made sure it was exactly what I wanted from the color to the shape. I would highly recommend this dental office!

I had been going to the same dentist for over 25 years and since moving to Fountain I wanted to try Fountain Modern Dentistry. Making an appointment was extremely easy and I was able to make the appointment online! When I went in for my appointment the staff was very welcoming and the environment was clean. One of the dental assistants who did my x-rays and all new patient information was quick but efficient and was kind and personable. I saw Dr. Campbell for my visit and she was the kindest dentist I had ever been too, she was knowledgeable and thorough with her examination. She was able to get me into a new night guard and the turn around time was extremely quick. I will continue to come to Fountain Modern Dentistry with Dr. Campbell and her team!!

Update to my previous post: On May 28, '24, I had another laser cleaning with fluoride. It was a different hygienist. She was absolutely the best. I also had an exam with my dentist, Dr. Cairns. I have been a patient of his for 11 years. He's the best... The staff is awesome, always professional and treats me great!!! Previous post: I had my teeth laser cleaned and it was not a good experience! This is the first time there was still stains on my teeth and there was so much fluoride put on my teeth that it clumped up. I was taking pieces out of my mouth and it stick between my teeth. My dentist is still the best!!!
