Lacks integrity, dishonest and untrustworthy Do yourself a favor and call another company. My experience with this company was very poor. Went through a difficult situation throughout a job. They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say.

Great company to work with. Jeff our salesperson was very helpful and attentive to our questions and needs. Chris, Malcolm, and Alex were polite and professional. They worked efficiently and they really did a great job of cleaning up so we didn't have to do any follow up cleaning after they left. We were very impressed.

I had an outstanding experience with Foundation Solutions 360. The entire process to solve my leaking basement issues was easy and straightforward. James, the inspector that worked with me is very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for how to address the problems with my house. When the day came for the actual work to be done, the crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They even worked into the evening on a Friday to ensure it was completed properly. Their prices for repair are outstanding, especially when compared to other well known foundation repair companies. If you are in need of foundation or basement repair work, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
