We have had occasion to use Foundation Security for our organization several times a year, for several years now. They have been so easy to work with, heard any concerns and responded, and the officers are professional and courteous. We feel we are in good hands with Foundation.

Small and Sad excuse for a security company

David, as a small business, we are confused how being small and efficient is worthy of a negative review? The premise of Google reviews is for customers to give honest reviews of a business they have done business with. Our records do not show you as a customer, nor as an employee. Please kindly remove your review as it seems to be done so dishonestly.
Our property is within the Portland, city boundary. We have had to deal with homeless, trespassers, garbage with no help from the city police because of the lack of support from the city council. We hired Foundation Security to help us obtain and retain the use of our own property. Micah at the office quickly answers the phone and helps us with whatever situation the lawlessness of Portland thrusts upon us. Thank you, so very much, Foundation Security for your professionalism, competency and reliable help!

Do not have this company do security for you! Their security officers were sleeping on the job and caused to 2 company cars at Fora Health to be vandalized. They have 5 owners who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Get a more reliable company like Allied Universal to protect your assets for you.

Your review is dishonest, and irrelevant. The CFO and Foundation Security had an agreed draw down and discontinuation of services preplanned which had nothing to do with service performance. We also only performed services for 11hrs a day, and as such, it is unknown by staff if their vehicles were damaged when we weren't there, or if it occurred when we were there. We also have multiple systems in place to ensure our security officers are awake and actively performing their duties, and if caught sleeping, are swiftly removed. You also claim that our company has 5 owners that have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Well, this is interesting, as I was unaware we had that many owners. That was news to me, thanks for the update. The ownership has over 40 years of experience in the security industry, and possess a wealth of knowledge pertaining to this field. If you knew what you were talking about, you would know that. The premise of Google Reviews is for honest reviews of businesses that customers interact with. Your review is neither honest, nor were you a customer of ours, nor do you represent Fora Health. Seems to us that you have some sort of monetary incentive for propping up Allied Universal and therefore is a conflict of interest. This is a serious platform, for serious reviews. Please take down your deceitful review.
Foundation Security, and especially Josh James, were excellent to work with. We had an emergency situation that required security on short notice. They were able to accommodate and have security onsite within hours. They were flexible and responsive to all our questions and requests. Looking forward to working with them further.
