Disappointing. First visit to this dental surgery went well, fantastically even. The second time around I saw Dr Tran and... I will not be seeing Dr Tran again. Talked fast, would not give me a clear answer on some very vital questions despite my asking repeatedly, spoke down to me for having a phobia of dentists (which is now worse thanks to him) and his bed manner is all around subpar.
We have been going to Dr Roebuck at Forest Lake Dental for many years. He is a fantastic dentist and we highly recommend him as he is gentle, professional and thorough. He always gives us the options without the upselling.
I fully recommend Dr Tran and the team at Forest Lake Dental for any dental care. Dr Tran treated my gums and fixed my two front teeth. I can now smile with confidence. Great work Forest Lake Dental.
I have visited Forest Lake Dental a few times and had my root canal done here, very professional and gentle. The level of service offered is fantastic, they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Forest Lake Dental, they have a genuine care for their clients. I had an unexpected emergency with my tooth and without an appointment, they took me in and had a look at my tooth and resolved my issue right away.
The nicest & most caring dentist I’ve been to. Had an emergency this morning and needed to get my partner seen ASAP. The receptionist Stacey shuffled patients around to get us seen within an hour or so and our service was discounted to get the treatment needed. They quote you at every step and are so lovely. Thank you again!!!
