Forest Creek Apartments

All very well

I lived at Forest Creek for two years and I must say the experience was great. They kept you updated via email on every event. The maintenance team always came out immediately and fixed everything perfectly. The office staff was wonderful as well there. I have no complaints about the apartments themselves.

Worst apartments ever. Office people are no help. I lived there for about 5 years, the amount of issues that happened is crazy. Upon moving into my 2nd apartment, already started off bad. Bandaids, roaches and mold being painted over. Cheap flooring that gets easily torn after a week of use. Counter tops that can’t handle cleaning supplies. Really bad kids, apartments “tried” handling the situation by threatening eviction for any kids unsupervised on the property. The kids are still out there running in the streets, knocking on peoples doors, throwing things at cars and windows, jumping on peoples patios, the list goes one. What really tops it though is the fact that we moved out and have been trying to just receive an email on how much the security deposit we would receive in return, no response. I went up to the office already 3 times, told that an email would be sent to me and I’m still waiting. Ive sent countless emails, called multiple times, left’s voicemails. Nope seems like they dont want to give me my money back. Oh and on top of that they want us to pay .67 cents for the counter tops. Absolutely not! Not until I receive what ive been asking for the last week and a half. This is absolutely ridiculous. now they wont give me my money back because they dont have any history of our pictures we sent when we first moved into the apartments. That everything magically disappears when new management takes over

Three years ago, almost four i had the most beautiful and relieved experience moving to this complex apartment after a long time of searching and Ana Serrano one of staff member helped me a lot back then, to find a place to call home. But now there is this new meanest staff members running the place, and they're all of them making my life a living hell. Not single one of them is helping me to resolve my issues with my section 8 voucher , which are themselves messed up. Is always something they said I owed rent when I paid my portion every single month they got me a late fee for no reason i paid on time. Please, if someone knows a phone number or a location of a headquarters, I can reach out to, other than the office inside the complex. Please help. So I can talk to someone else.

Big shout out working with me through the cyber attack. Communication is awesome. The maintenence stands out and speak for itself. They are quick and. Work is done correctly .

Well, we came to this apartment complex looking for a place to call home. I think that we have found it. From the freshly maintained grounds to welcoming feeling from the office staff. We were throughly impressed with Ms. Shauntae; who went above and beyond her call of duty to help us with the application process. We appreciate her eagerness and attentiveness that she showed throughout the process.
