I would like to extent my token of gratitude to Sahil from Forbes GM Waterloo. I have gone to look for a SUV and he suggested Chevy Equinox. Very nice deal and the car is almost like new one. He is very dynamic, soft spoken, genuine person and very nice customer relationship. I would like to thank Jodie, Financial Services Manager. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Dropped my vehicle off on Monday, with all paperwork from my insurance stating 3 days for the repair, Wednesday came. I called for an update. Was told “we’re behind”. Requested the manager multiple times. Never phoned me back. Called Thursday evening, was left on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for the manager Ray, who proceeded to speak down to me as though the delay was my problem and I “didn’t understand”. Today I go to pick up my vehicle, to find a mark on the rear bumper that was not fixed correctly. Told the advisor Samantha, who proceeded to go into the shop yelling “this Fu&cing Volt again.” Waited 20 minutes while they buffed the bumper a second time. They’re tech did a fantastic job on the back bumper of the car. But their customer service is none existent and they treat people like absolute garbage. The tech brought them up to a 2 star.
We are more than satisfied with our sales representative sahil. Sahil was was very kind and patient with us and truly went out out of his way and beyond expectations . We love love our new SUV and we look forward to many of joy rides within it, thank you Sahil and Forbes. If in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend 👌
Fox Harley Davidson Owen Sound Rocks!!! Having dealt with many many dealerships big and small in my 40 years driving everything from scooter to 18 wheeler(and bigger) Owning 35+ different vehicles. I have never had such a wonderful easy experience as ive had with Steve at fox harley. Today i take delivery of my latest Harley Davidson. Im not only excited about the bike but also knowing that Fox Harley Davidson is on my side when it comes to owning a harley and what it will need in the future years to come. Sincerely Erick
