Flynn Energy & Propane

I have dealt with Flynn propane for a number of years and love the people and the services they provide

This is in regards to their “drivers”. I got stuck behind one of their small fuel tankers on rte 6W for over 10miles. He was going 15mph UNDER the limit with lots of traffic stuck behind him Finally get around that one and on rte 220N I get stuck behind a small box truck doing the same thing. Their “drivers” are like rolling roadblocks impeding traffic and wasting time

I wanted a new heater, can not get anybody to call me back! I told the last guy (after amonth of calling) that I would go someplace else. Guy told me someone would get back that day. It's been 3 days and nothing. Guess they don't need a couple thousand in business

Well, let's just say! I just moved to the area. Called to have set up in Towanda, PA. Samantha answered the phone. Said she could not get ahold of inspector. I might want to USE another company! SAD for Flynn! That is after one week of waiting to hear back from them.

Called at the beginning of winter with 30% left on my propane and asked for a delivery. Was promised a call back. 5 days later I called at 10% and asked about the requested delivery and was promised someone would call to schedule me later that day. 3 days later and no propane, I couldn't heat my house nor cook food because Flynn couldn't be bothered to assist me. I called and asked to close my account on December 7th so I could start up service with a company who could actually do their job. No one called me back. Again. In Feruary I paid half the balance off with billing and asked to be sent to accounting, again, for a payment plan on the remainder. Left a message. No answer. They came and collected their tanks after 4 months, and I called, again, left a message with accounting for someone to call me back about my remaining balance on my account. No call back. At that point I seriously questioned if anyone even worked in accounting. Received a letter in the mail suddenly about an open court case attempting to collect my balance. I don't know how hard you expect me to try and pay you, but this has got to be the biggest joke of a company I've ever seen. I'd be happy to pay you. If you ever picked up your phone to work with me. Or you know... called a customer back.
