We were introduced to Herb Ross at church. Herb was on top of everything and 100% professional and easy to work with. All I can say is it was the best experience we ever had. FPR took care of everything without taking advantage of us or our insurance company. Very happy with FPR, our roof is beautiful. Even our neighbor watched the roofers and the work they did and were very impressed, and hired them to do their roof too.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Adam Watkins was fantastic and went above and beyond! He educated me about my roofs issues and explained everything very thoroughly. Very happy! I highly recommend Adam Watkins for anyone!
Excellent service. Was there in time of need and had our roof fixed preventing the house from rain damage. Mr Adam Watkins was very respectful to me an my future wife.
Highly recommend Premier Roofing of Orlando for your new roof installation! Very knowledgeable and helped us with our insurance claim. Dealt with our insurance company directly so we did not have to be bothered. He kept us informed as to what was going on with our claim and promptly returned our calls. We were able to look at colors of other roofs he had installed to help us decide.We are so glad we choose Premier... very satisfied customer!!
Great company and so easy to work with. They were able to handle our claim and it only took one month. No work on our part at all. Herb the representative took great pride and letting us know step by step what was going on. The only issue was a mistake in permitting which they literally fixed overnight.. Highly recommend these guys. They will be doing our gutters next. Cheers...
