The entire staff at Floor and Decor was helpful and friendly. Especially Cheyenne; who took extra time to help us pick out our floor choices and make sure they would look really nice in our bathroom. Thank you again for a great shopping experience.

Alejandro helped us at the pro desk for a bathroom renovation job we needed to get materials for and he was amazing. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made us feel respected and confident in the decisions we were making and the materials we purchased. Will definitely go here for future home improvement projects.
Jimmy from Store 197 (Oklahoma City) together with Brandi and Donna from Store 253 (Tulsa,) are amazing. The coordinated as a team to quickly resolve a shipping mishap. Everyone makes mistakes but only superstars immediately take ownership and solve the problem! They were all very considerate and professional throughout the process. You’ve earned our loyalty.
Our builder had us come here for our tile selections. Eli with the Pro Services in the back of the store was very helpful. He took his time and we never felt rushed. We were able to pick out several tile selections and review them all within the hour of walking into the store. I was anxious to pick out tile for our brand new home, but with Eli’s help it was very smooth. I’m very happy with my selections and his customer service.
