My iPhone got wet in the rain and started shutting down by itself. I brought it to Fixbox, and a technician named Dadan fixed it in just an hour and a half,that’s really fast! I’m so grateful for his help. He’s very professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Thank you so much, Dadan 🙏🏼you did an amazing job! 🙏🏼📱✨
My iPhone battery had died on a Saturday night when all repair shops already had closed. Also when I tried to get my phone fixed on Sunday either a lot were closed or the ones open not specialized in iPhones. When I whatsapped FixBox to my pleasant surprise they replied saying that they were closed but willing to open up the shop because they wanted to help me out. So amazing because the next day I would travel out of Bali. WOW! BIG thanks to this guy Julius and his colleague who accompanied him but not on the pic. Thanks for your amazing service and super saiyan level of customer friendliness. Keep up the good work! TRUE HEROES!
While the technician at the shop is really nice he completely destroyed my phone. I went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone but the technician broke my lock button. I didn’t have time to wait for him to fix it as I was moving on to ubud that day so he only charged me half price for the battery. A few days later my camera broke. I took the phone in to another shop and the technician there noticed that the battery was not put in correctly which caused the battery to move around and break my camera. Long story short, I am very likely going to have to get a new phone. Please be careful. If you want to go here for a small fix it may be okay but nothing major should or be done here (or maybe anywhere in Bali)
Very Nice staff, however when i got my phone (i had asked for a back glass repair) there was gaps between the cameras and the backglass which is still sucseptible to water damage(which is the reason why i repaired it in the first place). Second of all my back glass started getting airbubbles and when i inquired them about it, they were quite rude and just told me that ”i saw that everything was okay”. which yes is true, But i had no damage to the phone whatsoever and it just started getting airbubbles out of nowhere. Also did not offer to refund or to re do my repairs. Also told me that my housing is broken, even thought very clearly is not.
My phone got caught in the rain and stopped charging. They ordered parts, did everything quickly and after the repair they delivered the phone themselves. Very nice service, I send all my friends here.
