Bought a vehicle here which I love but it will be the last I buy from this dealer. I asked the APR to finance guy, Trent, and he told me one number. When I received the bill in the mail it was 3% higher. I came in to discuss it and Trent agreed and stated he would have it fixed and call me back as in his computer he sees the number we agreed upon. He never called or fixed the issue. I came in multiple times to reach him and called multiple times and left a message for him each time. Now 40 days later I will not purchace here again and am readjusting my finances to make additional principle payments so I do not end up flipped on this vehicle. Thank you Findlay Toyota. By the way my sales guy Ty B was great easy to get along with - he listened to me and didn't try to force me into anything I didn't want - this is why I gave Findlay two stars instead of one. I don't appreciate being lied to and ignored over this costly "mistake on the banks part" that they said would be fixed.

Jordan Nissen helped me for 3 months. It was my first experience buying a car and he made it simple and stress free. The staff assisting him were awesome and kind as well. After a less than desirable first visit. I was contacted by the service dept manager Ron. Rarely have a I seen a commitment to customer satisfaction on a level that Ron Showed to me. He went WELL above and beyond measures to correct and compensate, my initial experience. And for that I would highly recommend these guys, Nathan, Rick and Ron. Thank you!!! I went in to the Downtown Toyota on a whim because I was thinking about trading my 2015 Jeep Compass in. I ended up finding a neat 2018 Ford Escape with low miles. Jordan Nissen helped me out with everything. I had a few hurdles I had to leap but Jordan and everyone else that was involved made it extremely comfortable and easy going moving forward with the trade in and all the financial aspects behind the scenes.
